Annual Garage Sale

Kendall County Fair Annual Garage Sale Event!
The Kendall County Fair Association will host a one-day vendor sale on Saturday, March 28, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, held rain or shine. Vendors can choose from indoor 10×20 booth spaces or outdoor tailgate spots, with all spaces assigned on a paid, first-come basis. Inside vendors must set up on Friday, while outdoor vendors set up Saturday morning. Vendors are responsible for their own setup, sales, and cleanup, and all payments must be made in advance with no refunds. Certain items are prohibited, and no pets or electricity are allowed. KCFA will provide event advertising and an on-site ATM, along with a donation truck for vendors wishing to contribute unsold, usable items.
Booth Assignment & Setup
Inside Vendors:
- Assigned on a first-paid, first-served basis
- Setup Time: Friday, March 27, 2026 (8:00 am – 8:00 pm)
- All inside vendors must set up on Friday
Outside Tailgate Vendors:
- Spaces are first come, first served on Saturday morning
- Area will be clearly marked
- Setup Time: Saturday, March 28, 2026 (at daylight)
- Must check in on-site before setting up
Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are solely responsible for:
- Setup, operation, teardown, and cleanup of their booth
- Handling all sales and providing their own cash box
- Disposing of trash, damaged goods, and materials in designated dumpsters
- Located at the Historic Dance Hall and Main Dance Hall
- Removing all merchandise by 6:00 pm on Saturday, March 28, 2026
Rules & Restrictions
- No sale of: firearms, ammunition, weapons, pornography, hazardous materials, drugs, or animals/pets
- No pets allowed (inside or outside booths)
- No electricity provided (limited access available only for testing items for sale)
- No security provided (buildings will be locked and secured Friday night)
Payment Information
- All spaces must be paid in full in advance with application/contract
- Accepted Payment: Check or Money Order payable to KCFA, Online Payment Below
- NSF Fee: $35 for any returned checks
- No refunds for cancellations (a donation receipt will be provided instead)
Additional Information
- KCFA will handle event advertising
- ATM machine will be available on-site
Donation Truck Information
- A donation truck will be available on-site (for guidelines, visit: armsofhope.com)
Important Notes:
- Vendors are responsible for delivering their own donated items to the truck
- KCFA will not transport donations for vendors
- Please donate only usable/sellable items (no broken or trash items)
Compliance
The Kendall County Fair Association reserves the right to close any vendor booth and remove vendors for non-compliance without refund.
