The New Hall offers a spacious, open layout with durable concrete floors and updated rustic accents, creating a versatile setting for any occasion. The hall is heated for year-round comfort; while it is not air conditioned, the restrooms are fully air conditioned for guest convenience. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, and microwave, as well as a raised bandstand measuring 41 feet by 22 feet—ideal for live music, presentations, or entertainment.

The Old Hall is a venue rich with decades of family memories, offering timeless rustic charm. Recently refinished solid hardwood floors bring new life to the space while preserving its character. The hall spans 60 by 120 feet, providing ample room for gatherings of all kinds. It features a kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, and microwave, as well as a built-in bandstand—perfect for live entertainment. Heating is available for cooler months; however, the space is not air-conditioned.

Originally built in 1918, the Exhibition Hall served as the centerpiece for fairs and community celebrations during the early years of the Kendall County Fair Association. On February 17, 1984, a devastating fire destroyed the 66-year-old structure. The building that stands today is a proud reconstruction, made possible through generous donations and countless volunteer hours from directors, auxiliary members, and the local community. Inside, visitors will find a thoughtfully recreated President’s Wall honoring past leadership, along with display cases preserving decades of fair history. Please note that it does not include a kitchen and is not equipped with a stage.

The Pavilion is a spacious open-air venue with a warm, rustic stage upgraded in 2014. Measuring 140 by 180 feet, it can accommodate over 800 guests, with a 41 by 22-foot bandstand. While there is no built-in kitchen within the Pavilion itself, an outdoor building located just behind the space is available to rent and can be used for food preparation if needed. The surrounding grounds also offer additional rental spaces, including a beer garden, large kitchen area, covered vendor booths, a gazebo, and a wide grassy field for expanded use.

We offer two large horse barns with nearly 100 stalls, providing secure, gated access with a private electric entrance. Boarders enjoy self-service stall access, a lighted 50-foot round pen, and a convenient wash area. Stalls measure 12’ x 12’, and riders also have courtesy access to the 140’ x 280’ arena and 55 acres of fairgrounds for riding when not in use. Located just across from the nature center, it’s a popular spot for scenic trail rides. Our welcoming boarding community makes it easy to feel at home and build lasting connections.
