By submitting, I grant permission to the KCFA and its representatives to photograph, video record, and otherwise capture my image and likeness during the parade. I understand that these materials may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to print, digital media, social media, advertising, and public relations, without further notice or compensation. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in this event and release KCFA from any claims related to the use of such media. *

I, as the parent or legal guardian of any minors riding on the entry, grant permission to the KCFA and its representatives to photograph, video record, and otherwise capture the minor’s image and likeness during the parade. I understand that these materials may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to print, digital media, social media, advertising, and public relations, without further notice or compensation. I acknowledge that the minor is voluntarily participating in this event and release KCFA from any claims related to the use of such media. *

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITING: By acceptance of an invitation to participate in the Kendall County Fair Parade (hereafter known as KCFA Parade), I accepts and assume all risks and responsibilities for any and all claims for property damages and/or personal injury to ourselves, our participants, guests, invitees, and or employees regardless of the nature or cause of the damage or injury and hereby release KCFA, or the City of Boerne, or any of their directors, officers, volunteers, agents, employees, committees or contractors from liability for any and all property damage, personal injuries or other claims arising from participation in the KCFA Parade setup, parade staging, on-route operations and parade dispersal, howsoever caused and I agree to indemnify, release and hold harmless each of them from any and all claims for injury or damage, including those that are known, unknown foreseen and unforeseen. I agree to indemnify, defend and hold the KCFA, or the City of Boerne, harmless from any claim for property and damage or personal injury in connection with our activities in the KCFA Parade. I further convent not to commence or prosecute any action, suit or other proceeding against the KCFA or the City of Boerne, as a result of any property damage of personal injury received by participating in the KCFA Parade. I hereby grant the KCFA, or the City of Boerne, and its legal representatives and assignees the irrevocable and unrestricted rights to use and publish photographs or video of this parade Entry and the Entry’s participants or persons accompanying it, for purposes of publicity solicitations of sponsorship, advertising, broadcast on tv or radio, display on the internet, and any other purpose and in any manner or medium, or for any other purposes, now and in the future, forever by the KCFA, of the City of Boerne, without any notice or further compensation to me. I hereby release KCFA, or the City of Boerne, and its legal representatives and assignees from all claims and liability relating to said photography and/or other video imaging processes. I further undertake to provide all persons directly or indirectly relations to this parade entry with a copy of this signed waiver form and a copy of the KCFA Parade Guidelines and Rules. This document shall be binding upon myself, my legal representatives, heirs, successors and assigns. The registrant and parade participants has/have read and voluntarily agreed to this Release, Waiver, and Covenant Not To Sue and Agrees to be bound by its terms.
