Wesley is a fourth-year director and currently serves as KCFA President. A native of Boerne and Kendall County, he is deeply connected to the local community and committed to supporting its growth and future.

Professionally, Wesley works in the railroad transportation industry, where he is passionate about helping at-risk youth and second-chance young adults find meaningful career paths. He plays an active role in guiding individuals toward employment opportunities across the transportation sector, including railroads, airlines, barge lines, and mass transit, helping them build skills and long-term stability.

Wesley brings a well-rounded background with hands-on experience in welding, construction, and railcar repair, along with leadership roles as a safety coordinator, supervisor, and manager. His combination of technical expertise and mentorship reflects his dedication to both his industry and the people he serves.
