13th Annual Kendall County Fair Coloring Contest

What You Need to Know About the Event
The Kendall County Fair Coloring Contest invites children to showcase their creativity for a chance to win ribbons and cash prizes in multiple age divisions. Participants may use crayons, markers, or paint to color the official contest page without assistance. One entry is allowed per child, and all participants will receive a ribbon. Completed entries must be hand-delivered to the Exhibit Hall by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 3, 2026, where they will be displayed throughout the fair. Winners will be notified on Friday, September 4, and prizes may be picked up on Monday, September 7.
Rules

- One Entry per Child.
- One Winner in Each Age Division.
- Participant Must Color Page without Assistance.
- Participant May Use Crayons, Markers or Paint.
- Use Your Imagination And Color The Picture.
- Color Picture can be printed from web site kcfa.org or email kmculak@gvtc.com
- Entry And Completed Form Must Be Hand Delivered By 5:00 P.M. On Thursday-September 3, 2026 at the Exhibitor Check InTable in the Exhibit Hall at the Fairgrounds. Entry Will Be On Display Before and after Judging And Will Remain On Display During The Duration Of The Fair.
- Winners Will Be Notified On Friday-September 4, 2026 and Winners can pick Up Their Entry and Prize Money on Monday-September 7, 2026 from 8:00 A.M. till 11:00 A.M. Any Entry Not Picked Up By September 15, 2026 Entry Will Be Destroyed And Prize Money If Merited Will Be Forfeited And Entered As A Donation To The Homestead Heritage Scholarship Fund.
Awards Presented In Each Age Division:
- 1st Place: Blue Ribbon Plus $15.00
- 2nd Place: Red Ribbon Plus $10.00
- 3rd Place: White Ribbon Plus $5.00
- All Participants Will Receive Participant Ribbon
